- What are promotions?
Basically, promotions are special offers.
- How do I use a Promotion?
You must put all items into your basket, including the free/discounted item, in order to qualify
for the promotion. (See below for the difference in receiving a coupon.)
When you review your basket during checkout, if based on the items in your basket you qualify for a
promotion, there will be section that displays the promotions you are eligible for. In this section,
you will be given the option to apply that promotion to your basket. By applying the promotion,
the discount will automatically be applied to your basket total.
- What is a Coupon?
A coupon is a special type of promotion. After you complete your purchase, you are awarded a coupon
for use in a future purchase. Upon completion of your purchase you will be alerted that you were
just awarded a coupon. To receive the coupon, you simply need to put the required items (not including
the free/discounted item) in your basket.
- How do I know what Coupons I have available? How do I know whether I've used a coupon or not?
On the "My Coupons" page, which you can only access when logged in, you are displayed a list
of the coupons you have available, as well as a separate list of all the coupons you have used in
the past.
- How do I use a Coupon?
When you review your basket during checkout, if you have any coupons avaiable to you, and you have
the appropriate items in your basket, you will be displayed the option to apply your coupons
to your purchase.
- How many times can I use a Promotion?
A promotion can only be used once per order.
- How many times can I use a Coupon?
A coupon can only be used once.
